| This serious of welding control system is mainly composed of the control system, action agency, pressure source, electrode part, water cooling systems and racks etc. Welding process is controlled by the closed loop position of PLC. The welding transformer is laminated type .The primary voltage is 380v;Primary transformer coil is disc winding;Secondary coil is made up of three pcs of steel with copper pipes wielded around in parallel; Choosing the adjust series based on weldment size to obtain the desired load voltage(with adjustment series table) .Primary transformer coil is controlled by thyristor, by inputting signal, the hest can be controlled and adjusted to the most suitable state .Control and mechanical actuators can be divided into intelligent and standard style according to the equipment functions. |
